Shipping options and the current delivery estimate for your artwork and address appear at checkout before payment.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is included for eligible U.S. delivery addresses. The estimate shown at checkout is the estimate connected to your order.

Express

Express is a fixed $29.95 USD when available for your order and address. The available option and order-specific estimate appear at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Our planning windows, including preparation and transit, are 6–14 business days for Standard and 3–9 business days for Express. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

If we cannot ship within the estimate accepted at purchase, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation of the unshipped order for a full refund.

Tracking and separate shipments

When tracking is available, it is sent by email and shown in your account. Orders with more than one piece may arrive in separate shipments.

Address accuracy

Please review the delivery address before completing your order. If you need to request a correction, email hello@thelightstays.com as soon as possible. A change is not guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Damage in transit

Keep the artwork and packaging, photograph the issue, and email us with your order number. Confirmed transit damage is covered under our Refund Policy.
