Before you pay

Start with the estimate tied to your order.

Typical timing can help you plan. The artwork, size, finish, and shipping address determine which methods and estimates appear before payment.

    Size and finish belong to the order being estimated.

    Available methods are calculated for that destination.

What happens next

One estimate spans the whole journey.

Studio time, carrier acceptance, and transit are different kinds of time. None carries a separate promise here.

    Your selected artwork is made in the size and finish you chose. This page does not promise a separate duration for that stage.

  2. 02Confirmed by carrier

    Carrier acceptance

    A shipping update is not carrier acceptance. Acceptance begins when the carrier confirms the shipment; tracking, when available, becomes useful after that.

  3. 03In transit

    Transit

    The shipment moves toward the address on the order. The estimate shown before payment remains your reference.

Buying for a date?

If the date cannot move, give the estimate room to.

The window shown before payment is the best guide for that order, but it is not a guarantee. If arriving after the date would make the purchase unusable, plan beyond the displayed window.

If the estimate passes

Send the order number. We will look for the next confirmed fact.

We can check the shipment and share what the current record shows. You do not have to guess which stage the order is in.

Tracking appears only when it is available and the carrier has confirmed the shipment. A shipping update by itself is not treated as carrier acceptance.
