Bought it and didn't love it when it arrived? Return it. No drama, no gymnastics, no fine print. Nobody here buys blind.

7 days to decide

You have 7 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or return — it's your right to change your mind, guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code, and we honor it to the letter.

How it works

1. Talk to us at hello@thelightstays.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We'll send you the return instructions and the address.
3. The piece comes back in its protective packaging, in good condition, and we check it.
4. Full refund or exchange — you choose.

Timeframes and conditions

• Refund: within 7 business days after the piece is returned, by the same payment method.
• Condition: the work must come back without wear damage, in its protective packaging.
• Defect or shipping damage? We'll sort it out at our expense — send a photo and we'll take care of the rest.

Since each piece is printed to order just for you, check the size in the size guide before buying. But if you get it wrong, we'll find a way.
