These terms apply to purchases made at The Light Stays store. The language is direct on purpose — you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to.

The Light Stays is an original art store, chosen and printed to order. Contact: hello@thelightstays.com.

Products and prices

All works are originals by The Light Stays, printed on fine-art paper or canvas to order. Colors may vary slightly between your device's screen and the final print. Prices, formats and availability may change without notice; the valid amount is the one shown at the time of purchase.

Payment

The order is confirmed after payment approval through the methods offered at checkout. Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled.

Production and delivery

Since each piece is made to order, the total time is the production time plus shipping, shown at checkout. Free shipping for orders above R$299. Carrier delays outside our control are not our responsibility, but we chase them down alongside you.

Exchanges and returns

You have 7 days to change your mind, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The details are on the exchanges and returns page.

Intellectual property

The images, works and the The Light Stays brand are protected. Buying a piece gives you the right to use it in your home or project — not to reproduce, resell or redistribute it.
