Manifesto

Most walls in Brazil are empty. Not for lack of taste — for lack of time, of courage, and of knowing where to start.

We disagree with almost everything sold out there. The generic poster that hangs in ten thousand other homes. The expensive gallery that treats art like a closed club. The idea that a beautiful wall is a luxury, or that decorating takes renovation, money and a degree in good taste.

What we believe

Choosing the art is our job. You don't have to dig through millions of images. We choose pieces that speak to one another — you choose yours.

Original is worth more than ordinary. Every work is by The Light Stays. It's not resold stock, it's not the picture everyone else has. It's a signature of yours in the room.

Good decoration shouldn't have a gatekeeper. Living room, office, clinic, gift. From resident to architect. Real art, no gatekeeper and no scare at the price.

What the light does
